EMDR is a trauma therapy modality that uses bilateral stimulation (typically with eye movements or tactile hand buzzers). While briefly focusing on traumatic events with eye movements, the brain can naturally resume healing - sensations, emotions and the vividness of a traumatic event dissipate.
ART is Accelerated Resolution Therapy, another trauma therapy that using bilateral stimulation (eye movements), while utilizing a scripted protocol.
Yes! I do provide assessments for Emotional Support Animals (ESA). The charge for the assessment and accompanying letter (if approved) is $125. Additional forms are $25/each.
Yes, I am contracted through some major insurance carriers. Start by checking here - if I am not contracted directly with your insurance, please contact me as I have other options available as I contract through other companies as well.

If you are looking for virtual KAP, I partner with Journey Clinical, who provides medical clearance and ketamine prescriptions for KAP services. A 2-hour virtual KAP session with me is $300.

Yes; if it turns out that I do not take your insurance or you don’t want to use insurance, I can provide a superbill to you directly for you to obtain possible reimbursement from your insurance provider.
